Thanks for sharing these sequences. This clade is a bit smaller than the other, but it might be good to label. I assume you are ok with sharing these sequences publicly (as you have uploaded them here). Would it be possible for you to submit them to genbank? Then they would automatically be included in the weekly nextstrain builds and could be included here without any extra steps.
Hi Richard, thank you for your responses! I’m going to start the process of uploading to GenBank. It’s great to be able to contribute with our sequences. Keep in touch.
Hi Richard, I’ve just uploaded the sequences to gb. I’ll share the accession numbers in the coming days. Best regards!
Hello! Below, I have listed the GISAID Accession IDs of sequences that could potentially belong to the B.D.E.1.2 clade: EPI_ISL_19498040, EPI_ISL_19498037, EPI_ISL_19498036, EPI_ISL_19498046, EPI_ISL_19498045, EPI_ISL_19498044, EPI_ISL_19498043, EPI_ISL_19498042, EPI_ISL_19498041, EPI_ISL_19498039, EPI_ISL_19498038, EPI_ISL_19321304
All of them are from Argentina, except EPI_ISL_19321304, and belong to a monophyletic clade with good support in a phylogenetic tree alongside the reference sequences from github. The most important non-synonymous mutations are: G:T137I G:S214P F:F12I F:N190S F:N211S L:S169P L:C195Y L:S1239N I am attaching the fasta file. B.D.E.1.2-proposal-20241023.txt Thank you in advance.
