Ok, I was able to get the source by using the TortoiseSVN repo browser to
checkout the files I wanted to get.

I had the same problem, also Win7(x64) and TortoiseSVN (x64). It was because
of the final subdirectory oglsuperbible5-read-only, which apparently does not
exist. I eliminated that final subdirectory and got a successful checkout.

'oglsuperbible5-read-only' is an argument being passed to the checkout command,
it tells the command-line version of SVN to create the repo in a folder named
'oglsuperbible5-read-only'. It's not part of the SVN url.
