[Comm Cell] Facilitator and Minutes Taker not displaying #657

Describe the bug Facilitator and Minutes Taker is blank even if there are assigned employees for the current week

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
