Describe the bug Application Error and Crash when selecting a year in the Fiscal year dropdown.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to KPI Summary
  2. Select a year in Fiscal Year dropdown
  3. Application error occurs
  4. AIDE Crashes
