[KPI Summary] Adding a KPI for the month does not display on screen #664

Describe the bug Adding 1 KPI does not display right away on screen

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to KPI Summary
  2. Add KPI 1
  3. Added KPI 1 is not displayed on screen
  4. Add KPI 2
  5. Added KPI 2 is not displayed on screen
  6. Add KPI 3
  7. Added KPI 3 is not displayed on screen
  8. When I clicked FY dropdown, AIDE had application error and crashed.
  9. When I ran AIDE again and went to KPI Summary, the newly added KPI 1,2,3 are now displayed.

Expected behavior Each KPI should be displayed right away after adding.
