[Attendance] Already Logged in to Outlook and AIDE but not listed in attendance #699

Describe the bug Missing in Attendance panel and in Resource Planner

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error
