[FEATURE]: allow listening to voices snippets before generating audio. #208

In bark, when you open the tab, you can select the language and the voice, I find myself generating audio just to test the voices, I think there should be a little checkbox thing that let you hear the selected voice before generation.

It was not possible before, but could be now, good idea!

Implemented this in the React UI.
