Apache or LGPL? #329

Why is the Apache license (COPYING.ASL20) included with liblognorm? It seems like most (all?) of the actual source files have LGPL license information in them.

How is the transition progressing? I assume that the source code is not fully under Apache 2.0 yet?

Assumption is right. Transition is a slow process because it is low priority and there also is no sponsor for that activity.

Does this mean that libestr will be relicensed as Apache 2.0 too? It's LGPL right now.

Either this or be replaced (it's really slim).
