Fix build problem with travis #342

Build bot log is :

checking for LIBESTR... no
configure: error: Package requirements (libestr >= 0.0.0) were not met:
No package 'libestr' found
Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.
Alternatively, you may set the environment variables LIBESTR_CFLAGS
and LIBESTR_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

Try to fix it

thanks for giving this a try, it seems to be a problem for quite a few PRs

can you go into detail about the problems you ran into trying to fix this that caused you to give up on it.

Hi,

I think that there is a problem with buildbot centos7 (and others?). I tried to fix .travis.yml but I think only administrators can rebuild buildbot after changing travis config.
