Broken link to "rsyslog modules". #29

http://www.rsyslog.com/doc/v8-stable/configuration/basic_structure.html#inputs has a "rsyslog modules" link to http://www.rsyslog.com/doc/v8-stable/configuration/rsyslog_conf_modules.html but that just says "Invalid file specified". Note, it returns 200 OK and not 404, so that's another problem.
