enhancement: add support for rain sensor #136

Hi everyone, I find this piece of software perfect for my irrigation needs. Since now most of the weather info providers requests monthly /annual subscription I would suggest to try adding support for a rain sensor locally built-in web interface. I appreciate all your efforts to maintain and enhance this great piece of software.

Hi, why you simply won't write your own weather provider? I did the same for my Arduino-based weather station, providing temperatures, humidity, windspeed and precipitation. Just set it into production yesterday, with custom relay board, all running on NanoPi Neo.

Maybe the rain gauge should be connected directly to SBC, interrupts from rain gauge aren't firing so often (when compared with anemometer). I bought mine for some 10€, search for WH1080.
