Add checksum to release #31

Resolves #30

Pull Request Includes a new file named: CHECKSUMS.md, which contains the respective checksums of the releases to date, and adds link to said file in README.md Installation section

I imagined this added to github actions, otherwise for every future release i will have to do extra manual steps updating CHECKSUMS.md

Another thing, imo instructions how to use checksums are not necessary to add, becuase if someone cares about checksums they will see checksums.txt and know how to verify it anyway, and for people who dont know / don't care we're not here to convince them using to use them.

That's just my opinion though, if you insist on adding the instructions I'm ok with that.

Wasn't familiar with the github actions to automate that part (kinda new to oss contributing), will look into it and be back.
