combined RW, GL, NK sectors in 1 sectorline each
excluded RW sector from TCUs
updated CYUL TMU sectors and altitudes
updated airport ownership
added CYOW outbound COPX

SCT2:

updated waypoints and airways to AIRAC 2006
added CYA616
updated ZEG-BGLL boundary
updated CYYR MTCA
added Class G airspace
updated Class E CZs
split Class E from Geo
