Remove Green lines from KESKA WPT #319

image lines are not present on Nav Canada displays because KESKA is not used often. Most departures will be sent DCT BIPKO or ALSET or SAVEX. KESKA is only used for spacing or sequence. Waypoint remains mandatory in departure routes.

Update: KESKA is used for DEP to CYOW, as necessary for sequencing by CTR
