MTL_CTR low sectors update #323

NK → FB same freq GL → BJ new freq 125.9 HV new freq (to correct typo) 134.65 RW new freq 128.22

Discussed that RW could be renamed TH (Thurso) and keep the same freq (128.77) this will need to be discussed in staff meeting

I am not aware of any such discution

This is the current sector list (Frequency are outdated): Low Level CZUL Dec 2016 Should be closed and reopened if we 'officially' change the sector names in the FIR (And do all the work that goes with it, outside of sector files).

I think the current naming and frequency are fine. 128.77 has always been used for combined sectors and this change would cause issues to all our neighbouring FIRs/ARTCC. Plus the current RW sector encompasses TH VA RW OR and GR so why not one of those names or frequencies then?
