MOVE TO GNG #340

Will need to move Euroscope files to http://gng.aero-nav.com/CZUL/home

This might gonna be a long process. Need to maintain both Github AND GNG until GNG is completely done AND tested. We MIGHT need to keep this alive for technical reason but we'll see once we finish setting up GNG.

The reason it's not ASAP is because I normally categorize things in ASAP when there is an actual bug affecting the controllers

if fixes #316 , #269 or #185 , then its a good reason to be classified as 'ASAP'
