Cant go over 10mph somehow SUPPOSEDLY a client problem, but happened after a SAMP update

The vehicle id is 1071

The player Cody_Duke has forfeited the vehicle 1071 and we are going to process it in the impound routine. Vehicle model changed to 405(Sentinel).
