Stop signs dissapears near Southern Building (LS) #268

There is too much objects near. Must think about a greater problem and put all street signs on a 'higher priority?', not just this one.

fixed (+1 for the other stop sign uphill near 'Liberty Building')

This also happen at the north west corner. Must do all 4 corners (6 'corners'?)

I think this was fixed, am I wrong? Needs to be tested.
