Add 'No Truck' signs where truck cant pass #277

Must check of possible to remove collision somehow, if not must put 'no truck' signs?

EDIT: It seems like the only correct sign would be 19980 with text added over it. Example script on the internet or in the "street sign" script. Can test with fac_test3 I guess. But must create a 'CreateRoadsign' function base on the 'CreateStreetsign'(I think).

Same thing happens in the tunnel leaving LSIA undergrounds.

What is the tallest truck to test with? Packer would be ideal.
