Stuck on "loading animations library" #354

Happened to someone, and now to Hubert.

Thing is, it's no longer needed since 'fixes.inc' fixes that or is there a reason why we are not using their method which is slightly different?

Not sure if easy or not, because test could be minimal, but if there is a reason we are not using their method which is slightly different there could be reason for extended testing?

'gmod_ApplyAnimation' also contain a fix for that. Is this problem fixed 3 times?

I feel like there is no reason to think fixes.inc doesnt take care of the problem perfectly.

Should just remove the 2 other fixes redundant fixes, do tests with animations and go.

Is easy.

Is not easy because must test animation, death animation, talking, door crossing.
