W icon over ?(imnoob) map icon #475

Like 1 ppl a day seem to be confused by this, important. Plus could just remove the W icon temporally and it would be REALLY easy

We just tried changing the 'priority' param in CreateDynamicMapIcon for the 'Noob Path Finding'. Must test.

This did not work,.

Tested today, W is still hiding the '?'.

'W' icon is disabled for now, Needs to be Tested
