@JamesCole1999 ultimetly yes, all single player hospital will be used. For now, atleast one in every major city is a good goal.

Yh defo it save time for medic travelling to one place to go on duty as a medic. Maybe add air medic to allow player to fly to places where the ambulance can’t get to such as mountain chillad

I mean not that I know it there was heilpads and that on some hospital so maybe rockstar forgot to add the feature
