Update to PBS plugin to work with current site #485

Here is a patch against the current GIT repo which enables using either the 
actual video path (including the media_id) or retreiving the media_id from 
their current html.

for instance:
http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/ancient/secrets-stonehenge.html

Replaced patch.  original had testing code and was wrong

Cannot verify example is restricted to US, previous example still works. Patch 
added to git.
