Whitelist and blacklist should be renamed for inclusivity #1284

Should be renamed to allowlist and denylist. Or safelist and banlist/blocklist.

Only a racist would associate black- and whitelist to race. Pathetic @flavinger . Why waste time with this and introduce a breaking change?

Change is part of writing code. We need to adapt to changing needs and the changing world, which is a more inclusive world.
