Updates paths for 'rename-js' to work. #32

Post restructuring, on running the 'rename-js' php files were not being updated with user provided theme slug / name. This PR fixes the issue by updating the root path and ignore file paths.

Fixes paths and root for the rename-js to look for files in which we need to rename theme slugs / namespace / prefixes

@manishsongirkar / @sayedtaqui if you can approve this PR, it's very minor but fixes issue with the renaming script.
