Hey Guys, Great Plugin! I have followed all the steps for Installing the plugin at the wordpress and then feeding the SFMC details. Once I submit the form, nothing happenes. No error at WP side or SFMC. But data is not getting added to the Data Extension. Client is chasing me, Could you please help?

Thanks!

Hi @PartnerNikhil - can you share more details?

WP Version GF Version Screencast of the testing you have done

Also did you check if there are any console logs in the dev toolbar?

Did you also map gravity form fields with sfmc field?

While on edit gravity form page if you click on the field and check field settings, you will see sfmc mapping option. I believe that piece of connection is missing.

image I am seeing this option in the Field settings, what should I enter here?

prasadnevase commented 9 months ago

You should be adding exact field name as given in your data extension.

From the doc, I see them as “First Name” and “Last Name” so please map accordingly.

I have updated to this, still no luck

Now after form submission, open the entry under Gravity Form and see if its showing any error on the right side. If it has gone through it will say "SFMC status OK" if not then it will show the error message.

Looks like there's some issue in Connection.

@PartnerNikhil

There is one caveat that we found, We are currently using a hardcoded SFMC key for the Email field for mapping and validation purposes.

Can you change the Email Field SFMC key to EmailAddress both on the plugin and Data extension side?

Still no luck,
