One tap login for friction-less sign in

Summary

One tap Login by Google allows users to login-in to applications in a friction less manner. Users who are already logged-in to their Google accounts, will be presented with a pop-up listing their google accounts. They can select any account to sign-in to WordPress application.

Settings

• [x] Add checkbox for enabling/disabling the one tap login.
• [x] Once above one is enabled provide the option of enabling one tap only on wp-login page or site-wide.

To Do:

• [x] Cache the public keys based on the response header's expiration time. This will save us from fetching keys for every sign-in.
• [x] Unit tests for feature and changes.
