[ rtMedia default album ] - Newly added album count is not visible in albums

Previously reported this issue on rtMedia Pro issue 180. But the problem is in free vesrion.

Environment: 
WordPress: v5.9.1
BuddyPress: v10.1.0
rtMedia: v4.6.10
rtMedia-pro: pre-release.

[x] After adding album from default album settings, the album count is not visible on the front-end but the album is visible in the albums tab.

Expected Result: Count should be visible.

[x] Default albums not visible to subscriber user. Count for the default album is visible but the album is not visible.

Expected result: album added via default albums are global albums and that album should be visible to all the users.
