Git branch naming convention given in README is conflicting with that in rtCamp Handbook #21

Bug Report

Current Behavior rtCamp Handbook advises not to use GH issue numbers in git branches but this repo's README states otherwise

Expected behavior/code rtCamp's Handbook version is the correct one and we need that in the README file as well

Possible Solution Update README
