Upgrade project dependencies; Bump node; Update yarn lockfile #80

Summary

Bump project dependencies.
Remove unused dependencies.
Replace ESLint config with eslint-config-next.
Add a prettier plugin.
Update code formatting.
Remove NPM lockfile and update yarn lockfile.
Replace @zeit/next-sass and @zeit/next-css with Next native sass/css capanilities.
Remove next-offline dependency.
Updated JS files indentation as per https://google.github.io/styleguide/jsguide.html#formatting-block-indentation
