Can we just link the sender's profile report abuse form?

Report abuse should be changed to "Report an Issue" and there should be a text box below the options as well so people can give more reasons.

Current state

When users receive a message from another user and want to complain, "Report abuse" is just an email to admin@eahub.org

Desired state

• Instead of providing admin's email address, a link to the user's "report abuse" page should be given.
• Rename "Report abuse" to "Report an issue"
• Add a free text field to options for "other"

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] "Report abuse" renamed (also on button on profile and group page)
• [ ] Link in messaging email replaced (html and txt, profile and group)
• [ ] I can report an issue with a user by clicking on link in email, fill out text box and/or checkbox and message received at admin@eahub.org
• [ ] I can report an issue with a user by clicking "Report an issue" button on the user's page, fill out text box and/or checkbox and message received at admin@eahub.org
• [ ] I can report an issue with a group by clicking "Report an issue" button on the group's page, fill out text box and/or checkbox and message received at admin@eahub.org
