#1159 - have messages only in base template

For issue #1159

Removed messages from other files, now it's only implemented in base.html template. I had to add some css to the bootstrap 5 template because after making the changes I noticed the styles were only being applied correctly for the bs3 templates.

Attached a pdf showing before and after screenshots - wasn't sure how to make messages appear on the other templates to test those

• One question - there's a template called includes/messages.html which was being injected in the other templates. Can I delete it or is it still needed?
