Several profile UX suggestions #1266

If these points will be addressed in the broader UX fix, please ignore.

-Available to volunteer & as speaker images should appear on the top of the profile where the tags appear

Currently the available to volunteer/speak are at the bottom of the page (SS1)
They should be on the top like the welcoming coffee chats" (see SS2) OR as the colored in icons

Also, the Community section should probably appear at the top of the page (At least the organisers/community member status ones)
The cause, career and community icons are very pixellated.
