Enable selection of group types on admin panel #948

Current:

Desired:

don't display "group type" as it's an outdated, unused field
make "group types" multi select, offering "City", "University", "Country"

Sounds as if we switched to a M2M model we would resolve all those issues using the native django widget? And would be also start using the native admin list filters?
