" WebRTC endpoints MUST implement the transport protocols described in [I-D.ietf-rtcweb-transports]."

When referring to other document there are in some cases a document name, then a link and in same cases like this just a link. I would suggest implementing only one way of referring to other documents and personally I prefer using name and then link.

There are a huge number of references in this document, and most of them are in the "reference only" form; some have an informal title in front of them (such as "the offer/answer semantics that are used in SIP" for RFC 3264. I don't think it's worthwhile figuring out how to make informal references to all of these, but sometimes the informal title saves a lookup. I'd like to keep it inconsistent; sorry.
