LT Info messages - show ammo of player regardless of current weapon

When player is an LT and you're looking a teammate, it's showing the ammo of the weapon they have out - ideally we should show the SMG ammo they have regardless of what weapon they're holding

Also need to code around cg_drawCrosshairNames 2 where it will not show ammo
