3 years ago I don't see any dynamite moving, however, if you arm a dynomite and pause then wait at least 30 seconds, then unpause the dynamite disappears and never explodes

Dynamite planted on slope near sea wall breach on base, match paused, dynamite moved after pause

This also could be related to the spinning fan on Adlernest showing up in a random spot after pause
