Move the hanarepo folder out of the webapp for overlay directory

The webapps/HanaAppContainer/WEB_INF/hanarepo directory should be moved outside the webapp so it can be used as an overlay directory.

Done. The directory is now in parallel to the webapp dir and if empty, the WEB-INF/hanarepo is copied into it.
