I will deal with replacing "solution with map" into "dividing into sub-functions", and commit that tomorrow!

Best I could think of for dividing into a smaller functions. Does not make much sense dividing by SetToZero12LinksForAdequacyPatch & SetToZero11LinksForAdequacyPatch.
