Antares-Simulator is an Open Source power system simulator to quantify the adequacy or the economic performance of interconnected energy systems, at short or remote time horizons.
This PR is designed to keep track with RTE [feature/do-not-merge-csr-generate-executables] branch (that keeps our last CSR dev solution at #RTE repo) and imitates merging of RTE [feature/csr-merge-develop] into it.
Important: RTE has done some major changes. So to build this branch it is necessary to config and then build (just build won't work). If the build fails delete(back-up/rename) folder "rte-antares-deps-Debug" and build again. The new folder with the same name will be created automatically.
I will close this PR tomorrow. And implement Florian's polishing comments from #66 into updated feature/adq-patch branch.
