WIP CR13 Hyrdo cluster UI (based on CR22 min gen branch cr22a2) #79

HI Pengbo, I started the work on the solver. However, I realized that if I create a model with one "empty" area using this branch. And then run the simulation. The simulation will just stop at some point and not produce results. cr13EmptyTestCase.zip Probably a memory leak. I tried to locate the issue but did not manage. Take a look if you can.

Additionally, if I try to make another (second) cluster in the same area (same network as attached in the previous comment). I immediately get the following warnings and sometimes Antares crashes. Once opening the model again and running the simulation the warnings are poping out again. Screenshot from 2023-01-23 12-52-25

If I make one empty hydro cluster inside the previous test model: cr13EmptyTestCasePlusOneEmptyHydroCluster.zip And run the simulation. I get some missing input file errors: Screenshot from 2023-02-02 13-09-57
