As per my understanding of the specification: https://rteinternational.sharepoint.com/:w:/s/AntaresUser'sClub-Interne/EfS9OuvZdshPrcpY10G_-5QBTxdJ2XAoFnN3E1l6E_gj5A?e=cfj494 we should check if: Pmin < Pmax for each hour separately. Right? Not just: Sum(Pmin) < 24*Pmax.

For anybody that is going to test this solution in the future, Tip. In the "Advanced parameters" change "Shedding Policy" to "minimize durations". I banged my head for an hour to figure out why is solver not respecting the upper and lower bound (Xmin, Xmax) only to figure out that the solver is respecting the bouns but the post-optimization process is re-distributing hydro generation!
