ODOH is the upgrade to DOH which focused only on encrypted DNS.
ODOH client uses proxy to forward queries in its place. The query is encrypted by ODOH_CONFIG agreement between the Client and DNS. This provides Privacy and Encryption on the channel.

This mechanism was abandoned and is not mentioned in RFC 9230. ODoH config is retrieved via HTTPS.
