[v6.0.0-alpha.1] Page Action Icon Visible on All Sites #123

The Page Action icon is now visible on all sites, not just DeviantArt.

The intended functionality is for the icon to only be shown on deviantart.com, as showing it on other sites may cause confusion.

This is a regression in v6.0.0-alpha.1
