Since titles can be filtered, there's really no reason to exclude spaces. If I want to stop DA from showing me page 420 of some random web comic of which I've not seen the previous 419 parts, I could block "page 4" as wildcard. I'm pretty sure this should just work if the UI simply let me input it.
