IRONSIDE-1156 -- merge develop back to master. #100

Release branch release/connector/1.3.0 has been merged back to develop. Branch develop now needs to be merged back to master. You'll notice that this step appears to be merging many more files than the merge to develop. That's because the lib/ directory had been cleaned up in both release/connector/1.3.0 and develop prior to that merge.

Here in master, that has not been done, until now.

NOTE: a merge-commit will be created if/when this PR is approved.
