REL-1928 -- Update support/connector/1.2.0 with release/connector/1.2.2, corrects libs, build id, and MS runtime. #101

Before 6.1.2.17 release/connector/1.2.3 work can start, we must update support/connector/1.2.0 with release/connector/1.2.2. This is the latest patch release having build id BUILD_6.1.2.0_20221111T000000Z_RTI_REL.

This release also contains the correct ms runtime vcruntime140.dll.
