Note: This branch contains changes from the fix_guids branch. Please, don't review this PR until #10 is accepted and merged into master

I have improved the messages related to HeartBeat and ACK/NACK messages to be more descriptive and easy to read.

I have fixed to minor unrelated issues:

The --only and --highlight argument were not working.
There was an exception when piping the output of logparser into another program closing that program. The exception has been captured now.
