Theme set using lxappearance

Theme works well in GTK 2 and 3 applications, but does not get applied properly in GTK4 applications. Examples: gtk4-demo, easyeffects.

Same issue for Arc-Darkest theme. Upstream Arc theme was updated with GTK4 support in release 20211018.
