Color offset isn't taken into account for the VDP1 screen #252

Hardware : ST-V Game : Hanagumi Taisen Columns

Expected behavior : during the into, the first character displayed as VDP1 parts should fade to white (same as background layers). Observed behavior : the VDP1 layer isn't affected by color offset calculation image
